Miracle kitten picture

We are fostering a blind cat - Church - for our local shelter. Animal control found her in the middle of the road where someone had dumped her. She is missing one eye and totally blind in the other. She is the only cat we have here.

This morning to our total surprise she had a kitten - Miracle. We had no idea she was pregnant. She totally cleaned up all signs of having given birth and was taking great care of the baby. All of that while totally and completely blind. Our own little miracle.

She has been here for 59 days so she was obviously pregnant when she was picked up but it still seems like a miracle to us. By Crystal @ www.ahimsahaven.org

Spot the kitten picture

Okay, this is almost sickeningly cute. But I can't help myself. She's so funny. This was one of her naps when she was about 9 weeks old, she had that kitten thing where the just fall over and sleep in the most bizarre positions. By Malingering.

Park kittens

Some guy brought these kittens to the park today and let passersby pet them. They didn't seem to be for sale so I have no idea why he brought them. Maybe just to cheer people up? Sure worked for me! It took all my willpower not to grab a handful of them and run. By Blue Lotus.
